5 x 96 well microtiter plates; each plate consists of 6 x 16 well strips and frame
5 Adhesive Plate sealers
1 bottle containing 60.0 mL Coating Buffer (50 mM Carbonate, pH 9.6, plus preservative); to be used in coating of antibodies to microtiter plates
1 bottle containing 80.0 mL Blocking Buffer (1% BSA in PBS, pH 7.4, plus preservative); to be used as blocking reagent in ELISA assays
2 bottles, each containing 125 mL 20X PBS-Tween (2% (v/v) Tween-20 in PBS, pH 7.4, plus preservative); to be used as wash buffer and/or sample diluent, depending on assay requirements
5 tubes, each containing 10.0 mL 5X HBS-BSA-T20 (0.5% (v/v Tween-20, 5% BSA in HBS, pH 7.2, plus preservative); to be used as sample diluent and/or detecting antibody diluent, depending on assay requirements
