Affinity Biologicals Donkey anti-sheep Immunoglobulin – Secondary Antibody has been immuno affinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The APIgG-HRP concentration is 1 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of ≥ 0.25 as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.5 mg.
